Conversations
Every chat on your site, in one list. Reading real conversations is the fastest way to find out what your knowledge base is missing — the questions Minaya could not answer are the pages you have not written yet.
Filtering
- Date range — the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
- Domain — which site the widget was on. Useful when one account runs several.
- Country — where the visitor was, from their browser timezone.
The domain and country lists are built from conversations you have actually had, so they only offer values that will return something.
Reading the list
Each row shows the message count and, where relevant, badges for what the conversation produced:
- Request — the visitor left contact details. See Requests.
- Handoff — it was escalated to a person. See Handoff.
Those badges answer “which conversations mattered” without opening each one.
The transcript
Selecting a conversation opens the full exchange in a side panel, with the list still in view so your filters are not lost. Alongside the messages it shows where the visitor came from and any request the conversation produced.
Thumbs-up and thumbs-down marks appear against individual replies where a visitor left feedback — the quickest signal that an answer is wrong rather than merely missing.
Longer histories
The list loads 25 at a time with a Load more button. Nothing is truncated silently: if there are older conversations, the button is there.
The Analytics page shows the ten most recent as a preview. This page is the full history.
