Plans and billing

Three tiers: a free plan to prove it works, a Pro plan you size to your traffic, and Enterprise for anything beyond that.

Free

10 messages a day, 3 knowledge sources, one widget. Enough to put Minaya on a real site and see it answer real questions. The daily cap resets at midnight UTC.

Pro

You choose the monthly message allowance. Messages are counted across every conversation, and the allowance resets each calendar month.

Messages / monthWe supply the AIYou bring a key
5,000$19$13
15,000$39$26
30,000$64$43
60,000$99$67
150,000$199$135

Pro includes every feature: your own branding, human handoff, request capture, the Sales Agent behaviour, and full analytics.

Bringing your own key

Supply an OpenAI or Anthropic key and you pay that provider directly, with no markup from us — which is why the price is lower. The key is encrypted at rest and used only for your widget.

You can add it before or after checkout. Until a key is saved the widget does not answer, because that price excludes inference: we do not serve our own model against it. The dashboard flags this until a key is present.

MCP add-on

Connecting your own MCP server is priced separately, because its cost scales with volume: tool definitions ride in every prompt and each tool call replays the conversation.

When an allowance runs out

The widget keeps working — it replies that it cannot answer right now and points the visitor at your contact details. It never simply goes silent, and it never tells them anything about your plan.

There is also a daily ceiling on paid plans, set well above your daily average. It exists to catch a runaway loop, not to limit a busy day, and a normal launch-day spike passes straight through it.

Changing or cancelling

Change your allowance at any time from Billing. Cancelling leaves the widget running until the end of the period you have paid for, then drops to the free plan.

Data you collected stays readable after a downgrade — requests and conversations are not deleted. Capture stops; the history does not vanish.
